Wildlife
There is a lot to learn from nature and I grew up being constantly immerse in it. I used to study in the city, but almost every weekend I was in the interior with my family in a small farm that we also called home. We used to ride horses almost all the time and still today, it’s one of my favorite things to do and definitely my favorite animal.
For me, it is strange to think that somehow it has become relatively common to we see ourselves as being apart from it nowadays. More often I see people isolating themselves in big metropolis while I’m trying to row into the other way. I like to observe animals, to interact with them, to photograph, and simply appreciate nature for what it is.
There is a quote from Aldo Leopold, an author of one of my favorite books and he says:
“Our ability to perceive quality in nature begins as in art, with the pretty. It expands though successive stages of the beautiful to values as yet uncaptured by language.”
